WhiteA flavorful all-purpose bread, with a soft texture.  Made with butter, eggs, sugar, flour, water, salt, yeast, and buttermilk.

Wheat100% Stone-ground (Preserves Vitamins) whole wheat, combined with honey, olive oil, buttermilk, coarsely-ground hearty 8-grain mix (Hard Red Wheat, Oats, Triticale, Rye, Barley, soft and hard White Wheat, Spelt, and Flax), water, salt, and yeast.

BaguetteThis long thin french bread’s chewy inside, is highlighted by it crunchy rustic exterior.  It’s exceptional flavor is derived from a time-consuming pre-ferment process Poolish.
